Who We Are

Mike Hilton

Along with 5 years experience as a fully qualified classroom teacher, I also hold a 1st class Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University.

Prior to teaching, my journey in industry, spanning 7 years in research and development and product management, has equipped me with practical insights that I weave into my lessons.

I firmly believe that students learn best when their minds are actively engaged, which is why my lessons are designed to be interactive and thought-provoking.

My venture into teaching was sparked by my interest in sports coaching, driving me to share my profound love for Physics with students. I am currently employed as the Lead for KS3 science and teach Physics at GCSE and A-Level in a high-performing state school in the Midlands. My students' abilities range widely, from levels 3-9 at GCSE to grades D-A* at A-Level.
